Applications
The Bentsai HFE-2000 black refill ink kit is specially designed to refill the bentsai EB21B black water-based ink. When the machine indicates that the ink level of EB21B is low, you can use this refill kit. Simply squeeze the ink into the original cartridge and replace the chip, and then you can continue to use the ink.
How to refill the ink cartridges?
- Insert the ink bottle under the ink cartridge into the ink hole of the ink cartridge;
- Turn it upside down so that the ink bottle is above the ink cartridge, and then squeeze the ink bottle until it cannot be squeezed.
- The piston of syringeshould be pressed to the bottom. Insert the needle into the original ink cartridge hole, and then pull up the piston.
- Generally, after ink out of 0.5ml to eliminate the air, the refill process is completed.
How to replace the chips?
- Pry the original encryption chip away with sharp tools, and then paste a new encryption chip in the original position

1. Can I use the refill ink kits to EB22 Series ink cartridge?
No, the EB22 Series solvent based ink cannot be refilled. Customers will need to buy new ink once the EB22 Series ink cartridge runs out. Refill ink kits are only work for EB21 Series ink cartridge.
2. Can I use other brand's ink cartridge instead of Bentsai?
Sorry, you cannot use other brand's cartridges for Bentsai's printer. Printers from BENTSAI can only work with original cartridges from our company, any force to use an aftermarket cartridge could burn the machine or the encryption chip.
3. What to do if the prints become unacceptable?
When the ink cartridge becomes empty, print quality will deteriorate and you will need to replace a new cartridge. But if the printg quality is caused by nozzle blockage, you can refer to the video below for troubeshooting and a quick fix.
