• ❀ Use for: The TC21G can be used for labeling products or packages for e-commerce, Print Expiration Dates on supplements or food, labeling and relabeling warehouse bins, or printing on all sorts of surfaces for arts and crafts. As much content can be applied as you could imagine. (Barcode, QR code, series number, production date and time, logo, guest list, universe UPC-A code, name tags, etc) 

• ❀ Water-Based/Aqueous ink: TC21G is an aqueous ink/Water-Based ink. Ink dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environmental conditions. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover that came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality. In case of ink nozzle clogs, you can wipe the nozzle with a soft tissue or towel.

     1. What's the difference between TC21G and TC22G Green ink cartridges?

     TC21G is aqueous ink that only prints on porous surfaces, mainly water-absorbent surfaces. TC22G is solvent-based ink, it can print on both porous and non-porous substrates.

     2. Can I use another brand's ink cartridge instead of Bentsai?

      Sorry, you cannot use other brand's cartridges for Bentsai's printer. Since the cartridge can only recognize the original printer. For better print performance, we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from Bentsai.

     3. Can the TC21G ink work on plastic, metal, or glass?

     No, the TC21G only can print on porous surfaces like kraft paper, cardboard, wood, fabric, and so on. If you need to print on non-porous materials such as plastic, metal, or glass, pls refer to the TC22G ink cartridge

     4. How long can the ink cartridge last?

     Each ink contains a 42ml capacity. How long the ink will last depends on your print frequency and image density. Based on our test, one ink box can print 2,000,000 characters when printing in the smallest font at 2.5mm.
